I'm having trouble applying for a position - can I contact HR?
Is there a way to contact HR for tech difficulties for applicants?

So I could not complete the application the page kept getting stuck and I wouldn't know if there was someone I can talk to about completing the application. It just gets stuck and then every time I click next it just freezes and doesn't go anywhere I've tried it on different browsers and different automated hardware as well.

Hey savedthroughfaith01, sorry to jump in here!
Could you let me know the exact application you're having trouble with?

I am having the same issue as described here with a job posting: https://jobs.dropbox.com/listing/5379657
(Principal Product Manager, Search)
When I submit it appears that the "Employment" Header title is a required field, but it's just a label, no input field, so there's no way to remediate this and actually submit the application page successfully. I've included a screenshot of the red error message text and the asterisk showing this section header is somehow a required field. All other required fields are confirmed to be filled in and marked with a green check icon.
Please advise when this is resolved so that I may attempt to resubmit. Thank you.
