I'd like to downgrade my Professional plan after upgrading from Plus
I renewed my plus account and it upgraded me to professional and billed me and I immediately canceled. I'd like a refund for the upgrade that I never wanted. I don't know why it did that.

Hi patty58, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It's possible that during the renewal process, there was an option to upgrade to Dropbox Professional, which was chosen at the time.
As it sounds like you're already on a paid plan, you can directly contact the support team while logged into your account regarding this matter.
They should be able to assist you from there on.

I tried in the chat, but cannot find a way to get help with a refund. I didn't select professional so feel that it shouldn't have charged me. I just entered my cc and the charge came back as an upgrade. I had to update my payment method. I'd like a refund but cant find how to tell anyone what happened.

In the support page, you should have an option to submit a request (i.e. email) to the support team to downgrade your account if you follow this direct link, which can be accessed by following the options on the support page.
