I was supposed to already been refunded

I spoke with someone a few weeks ago and I was already supposed to be refunded the money should of never came out off my account

    Reply back to the ticket that said they were giving you a refund, or, see it at www.dropbox.com/support and ask where it is. 

     

    Note that they do take 5 to 7 working days to hit accounts.

    Hi I canceled my subscription. Before the free trial date was up actually a few days after I opened it then my card was charged 22 dollars I was told I would get refunded and they would make sure my account was closed and make sure my account wouldn't be charged going into the 4th month that yall hav3 been trying to charge my account if u try and charge my account again I will report u and take legal action I have a screen shot of the message that was between me and who ever at dropbox saying he/she would make sure the account was closed and I would get a refund and my card would not be charged I've sent emails also

      What is your ticket number? Reply with it here and a Dropbox can look into the matter for you.
