I have an issue with a failed upgrade
Due to the fact that dropbox automatically connected to my google-account the upgrade of my account has failed. What is the best solution of this problem?

Hey ArtK1920 - sorry to hear about this.
I'm not really sure about the issue you're facing. Could you provide some additional information or even screenshots so that we can make sure we're on the same page?
Thanks!

Hi Walter,
My original dropbox account is [removed]. Due to a payment-problem my account was downgraded from Plus to Basic. (See attachment).
Ik had immediately upgraded my account. But I didn't mentioned that I was automatically logged in on my google-account [removed].
Now I have a Plus-account on [removed] (see attachment) and still a basic-account on [removed].
What can I do to solve the problem?
Kind regards,

So the upgrade was applied to the wrong account?
There's no way to move a subscription from one account to another. The only way to get subscription to the correct email would be to swap the email addresses on the accounts (using a third email as a placeholder), and them move files between the account using a shared folder.
