How can I change my billing details when I'm seeing a Basic account?

I want to change the Billing for my Dropbox Account.  The instructions say to go to your profile then click on Settings and Billing.  However, there is no Billing option shown.  I am being charged an annual fee but can't see what I am getting for the $200.

I have a Basic account an thought that this was free?

Any help on how to get into Billing settings appreciated

Hi Outback Epicurean, thanks for messaging the Community!

It sounds like you're viewing another account which wasn't upgraded.

Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

This will help me to assist further!

If Dropbox would only freakin update their information! I had the same problem and wasted an hour or two trying to get around exactly what you found above - all 'help' says go to Settings and then Billing. DOESN'T WORK. Under your picture, you have to go to Manage Account and then you'll see Subscriptions and Billing on the left side.
