Getting messages that I'm out of space even though I upgraded in January
I paid for a Dropbox plan in January, but I started receiving messages that I'm nearly out of space, and when I log in to the website, I am seeing that my plan has been downgraded to "Basic."

Hey Kristaj, I hope you're well!
There's no way to merge two accounts automatically; you could download the files from one account and upload them to the other.
Or you could move everything on one account into a folder and then share that folder with the other account.
I hope this helps!

Hey Kristaj - sorry to hear about this.
Do you happen to have another Dropbox account, associated with a different email address of yours perhaps?
How did you upgrade in the first place? Was it via the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

Thanks for your help. Maybe? Is there a way to merge them?
