Email notification to upgrade
Hi,
Is everyone on a free subscription hassled to upgrade to a much bigger (and obviously, paid) account even when they're barely using it?
I have just 3.1GB of 100GB storage in use and yet I...
- 3 years agoWell, don’t I feel stupid! My plan is actually the free plan which is only a paltry 3.75GB, so less than your regular DVD. So 3.1GB is not an unreasonable point at which to send me a warning.
Cheers.

I was just emailed to say that my account was 143% over my account. Actually stored is 0 bytes. So, explain how i am over my limit when i have no actual files here currently.

Can you provide a screenshot of your usage from your Plan page? It should look like this:

I apologize for the delay, the screen shot request was difficult via the mobile ap. Attached is my screen shot showing 0% of 2GB used. The emails to upgrade continue, with a threat to lock me out of the account. Makes me not want to use this application.

Are you sure you don't have another account that this could be referring to? Are the emails arriving on the same email address that you see on this page?

I did check as I had an old account with an aol address last decade, but lack of use closed the account and no repeat emails on closed accounts. I was able to find a single shared file from another account and removed my access to that to see if the upgrade requests stop in 24 hours. It took far too much searching to find this single shared file though. I remain at 0 bytes used out of 2GB, so why does a shared file link on another hosts name trip my usage?
