Dropbox premium account with inactive email address
Hi there,
I have 2 dropbox accounts, currently signed into one of them. I am unable to sign into my other dropbox account as the email address is from a workplace I am no longer at, and I no longer have access to it. I have forgotten the password to the account and can't reset it because I don't have access to the email. I need to cancel the premium Dropbox subscription on the account and delete the account. I just got charged for yearly subscription today 22Jan2024, but have not used the account in a year or so. I didnt realise the bill was coming as the email address is inactive now. I have the charge on my credit card bill as proof. How can I ancel my account and get a refund? Thanks!

Hi Mooregy, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
