I'm in the same boat! I couldn't figure out how to cancel on time. Now I've been charged $212.93 and when I finally figured out how to request a refund, the webpage keeps freezing or not accepting the submit button when I click on it. I'm so frustrated. I can't afford this program and most importantly I won't be using it because I don't need it or know how to use it.

Have you tried to contact our support team? Since you have a paid subscription, you can either email or chat in, to be assisted.
