Charged for a subscription I didn't purchase
I need help. I can't contact support and they've just charged me out of no where.
I need a refund !! They stole $343 out of my bank account. I can't believe this.

They charged me as well for upgrade that I did not purchase nor does it show on any of my accounts It still shows that I have a free basic account yet they charged me $127 in change and I cannot get any cooperation from PayPal and I cannot reach anybody for any answers at Dropbox It's absolutely ridiculous

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting PayPal.
- Karenlrw669 months agoNew member | Level 2I've been back and forth with PayPal for more than a week they cannot help me and every piece of information Dropbox provides me to contact them does not work This is absolute bullcrap. And nobody else has access to my PayPal The transaction ID number that I provide they say doesn't exist. If somebody would just get in touch with me and clear this matter up that would be great but I cannot seem to get any help from anybody at Dropbox.
