Charged for a subscription I didn't purchase
I need help. I can't contact support and they've just charged me out of no where.
I need a refund !! They stole $343 out of my bank account. I can't believe this.

I suggest you first confirm if it's not some sort of a mistake. Haven't heard of this before.

Sorry to hear about this, KoreyBarton.
The truth is that we can't charge you unless you or someone with access to your billing info makes the upgrade.
Can you use the payment lookup tool here to look up your billing info and see which account the charge is for?
Also, keep in mind that Dropbox doesn't have 3 year plans, so if you could send us a screenshot of where you saw that, it would be really helpful.

Thanks for responding Hannah.
This is what shows when I check that link and put it in. What does it mean by voided ? Am I going to get the money back ? I think it says 3TB, I must have mixed it up with 3 years. But didn't subscribe to that at all either.

Thanks for the screenshot, KoreyBarton!
Yes, it indeed seems like an annual subscription to our Essentials plan and the fact that it's voided means that Dropbox refused to accept the funds from your bank and the transaction was never completed.
Your money may still be in a pending state, which is why you might not see it in your available funds.
You may need to contact your bank to have them move the funds out of a pending state, but you'll be getting it back for sure. 🙂
