Change Billings information
I cannot find anywhere to change my billing information. I go to the avatar, click on Settings, but there is nothing for payment or billing that I can find in order to change credit cards.

Are you sure you've logged in to the correct account? If you're signed in to an account that has a paid subscription, it will have a Billing tab.
If you don't see the Billing tab, you're signed in to an account that likely doesn't have a paid subscription associated with it or, and I'm speculating this part, it's a subscription that was started in a mobile app store (Apple, Google, etc.) in which case it's that store that manages your billing information, and not Dropbox.

I'm embarrassed to say, that was it!!! Thank you so much. I have been trying to figure out several discrepancies since I got a new MacBook Air.

what to do ? Dropbox have terrible support and nothing instruction what to do now? I cancel my old payment bank card. Need to add new with card and new currency.

There's no way to change your billing country/currency on an active subscription. You need to downgrade your account and then re-subscribe with the new payment method. Refer to the post that Lori linked to above. It has the information you need.

I can't update my billing information because I don't see a "billing" tab. If I cant update my billing, I need to cancel the account. I did not open my account with ggogle or apple

Hello,
I have a similar problem.
I have a "Billing" tab but there is nothing to be seen there. I have been paying for Dropbox for sometime but never used this tab before.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you're not seeing a billing tab, then it's possible that you're no longer on a paid plan. Could you check what plan you're on according to this page?
Is it possible that you have two Dropbox accounts?
