When I attempt to reduce the license number to 1, I get a message saying "Your plan must have at least 3 licenses. You may not have fewer licenses than team members, and your account has 3 licenses by default".
A Business team account has a minimum of three licenses. You can't reduce a Business account to a single license. You can reduce it to a single user, but you'll still be paying for three licenses with two of those licenses going unused.
If you no longer need a Business team account with three licenses, you would need to cancel your subscription and disband the team, then you could upgrade to one of the individual plans if you need the space and other features.
