Page turner pedal no longer works on my iOS devices

My donner page turner suddenly stopped working in my iPad Pro. I purchased an IRig pedal and this doesn’t work either. I tried ot on my iPhone, it still doesn’t work. It works on apps other than Drop...

Have you tried clearing out the Dropbox app's cache, to see if that helps?

 

You can do so, by tapping on "account", then on the gear icon and then on "clear cache".

Hi Hannah, no I haven’t so thank you and I’ll try that. Il away playing for the next 10 days, I will do try the cache clear as soon as I’m back and will let you know how I get on. Many thanks - Trevor
