Issues with Salesforce and Drop Box integration

I connected DropBox to Salesforce but it is not working as intended. We do have a DroBox business account
 
When we try to add files to Dropbox from Opportunity it shows an error like this ( screenshot below ). I am the sys admin and am not the opportunity owner. 
 
Could you please help? Appreciate your support

    Have you checked if your Dropbox for Salesforce is up to date? If it's not, you can update it, using the info here.

    Also, has the owner of the Opportunity connected Dropbox to Salesforce on their end, like the error says?

      Thank you Hannah, I have a version difference in the installed version and the one available in AppExchange. Will try upgrading it.
