Excel file corrupt and unable to open via Dropbox
I have 2 laptops and they have always been on microsoft 365, I have now changed one to a hard copy of Office 2021 and now my microsoft 365 account laptop will not open any Office files from my Dropbo...

Thank you ever so much for your time, I have no idea what has actually sorted the issue, but I ended up re-installing Microsoft 365 and this now appears to have resolved the issue.
I tried various other items of re-installing the hard copy, Updating all my files, logging out of everything and then logging back in all to no avail.
The files never opened on Dropbox.com either.
Yet, when I uninstalled Microsoft 365 and re-installed, everything in Dropbox became available again.
