Volunteering for multiple not for profit organisations - Multiple folder synching
Hi there, I'm a newbie Dropbox user. I'm working for two different not for profit organisations on a volunteer basis (I'll call them NFP1 and NFP2). I'm using Dropbox Basic (free). I already have a Dropbox folder on my PC that synchs with a Dropbox account I administer for NFP1. I want to be able to Administer/share a separate folder structure for NFP2. The two different NFPs have different Dropbox website logins, which are separate from my personal email account login (so I have 3 Dropbox accounts live on this PC). How can I administer/share two different and separate folder structures on my PC to be able to support the two separate NFPs and manage my own files separate to them both? Thank you for reading. Keep explanations simple please - I'm no tech genius!

Welcome to our Community, Liz WY!
Just to make sure I got this right, do you mean that you’d like to be simultaneously logged in to all 3 accounts on the Dropbox desktop app on your computer (so that the files of each account can sync locally to your device at all times)?
If yes, I’m afraid this isn’t possible. At the moment, you can only do this with 2 accounts, and if one of them is on a personal plan, and the other one is on a Business subscription. You can also check this Help Center article for more info.
Let me know, in case I’ve misunderstood something.

Thank you Nancy. Yes, you have it right. I wanted to be able to manage folders and files for the two different NFPs and my own personal files from the same PC at the same time. It seems that this requires me to be logged into multiple Dropbox accounts at the same time. Is that correct? Therefore I wouldn't be able to log in to the NFP1 Dropbox account, share or synch files/folders, then logout of NFP1 and log in to the NFP2 account to share or syn files/folders. Is that correct?

Hi Liz WY
I'm afraid what you'd like to do isnt possible.
You can link a max. of 2 accounts at the same time to one device IF one of those has a paid for Dropbox for Business licence. If they arent then you need to either use one on the computer/devices and the other web only.
