unable to open images on PC from folders within Camera upload
I'm unable to open images from a dropbox folder on my pc. No issue on my iphone.
The messages says "Sorry, Photos can't open this file because the format is unsupported or file is corrupted"
...

Yes it's only an issues with folders in the "Camera upload" folder.
The version was downloaded in July of '21. Unable to find the version. Whenever I open the program it looks like windows explorer.

If you look at the bottom part of your computer, where your clock settings are showing, do you see a small Dropbox icon perhaps?
If you do and you hover over it, you should be able to see the app version and syncing status of the Dropbox app.

What’s the current OS version of the device that you’re using?
In case you haven’t tried this already, can you please restart your computer and let me know if you see any difference?
Finally, if you try to copy one of these files outside of your local Dropbox folder to another location on your device, are you able to open them/see their thumbnail?
