That's a bit worrying.
Would it be wise to even consider migrating my cloud storage to Dropbox? I was not aware of the lack of any sort of development with the service...

I think its probably worth considering them as 2 totally distinct services if I am honest. The cloud syncing stuff has had loads of updates and upgrades recently - and its continuously happening. Its the other stuff that's floundering a bit...
This is a good place to go and look at whats changed in Dropbox recently.
Hopefully Paper will see some action soon as it seems like migration of docs has recently restarted (just based on posts here) from the old to the newer system (called Paper 2020.... yes, its now almost 5 years late....) but if we ignore that the fact its happening and started back up again seems to be a good thing....!

Ah - that's fair I suppose. Looks to be some good progress re: cloud syncing.
I'll ping over a support ticket then on this Android 14 download issue for Dropbox Paper and see what support has to say...
I haven't used Dropbox since probably 2017-ish and when using it on the web (including Dropbox Paper) it seemed quite good and am eager to dive back in and consolidate my cloud storage to work more seamlessly with Fastmail. However, the inability to use Dropbox Paper on Android 14 at the moment was a bit annoying to encounter.
