Unable to create new folder

Every time I try to it just says in a red box at the top "please provide a name for the new folder." This has happened every time I've tried for the last 3 weeks - I've tried on several different b...

The only way I've got around it is that I can create new folders via the iphone app, but still unable to do it on a browser - and I've contacted Dropbox help team 3 times just to be ignored!
