Is there a text or log file that lists current sync issues on a Windows device?
I think I know the answer to this, but I'll ask anyway. On a Windows device, is there a text or log type file with the current sync issues for that device? I am an admin and trying to troubleshoot ...

Hey cmiarshvac, thanks for posting your question today.
I'm afraid that neither a text nor a log file for sync issues exists within the Dropbox desktop app.
To view sync issues, you can click on the Dropbox icon in the system tray, then in your initials and then on "view sync issues", which is computer specific.

Hannah thank you. This would be a nice feature on the Business level where must users contact internal help desk first. I have been experiencing more support calls regarding sync issues. It would be nice to have some visibility into what the desktop app is seeing on the endpoint. Again, nothing fancy needed, just a log file.
