I see a "NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource" error and I can't access Dropbox.
Hello. I am having issues logging into my Dropbox account on one of my PC’s. I know the password because I can log into Dropbox on another computer. It will not log me in on that one computer, not on the website and not on the app. I used to have Dropbox installed on that PC, but when Dropbox stopped syncing files properly, I uninstalled it, and rebooted. I then downloaded the latest version from your website and when I tried to log in, my problems started. Sometimes, it says I have the wrong username/password, but sometimes it says “NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.” Note that this is the exact wording and spacing of the message and that error message cannot be found on the support website. I have rebooted multiple times and have been trying to log in ever day for over a week. What can I do to fix this? Is there some kind of file cleanup I need to do that was not cleared up by the uninstaller? Please let me know. Thank you….jeff
Thank you for the reply.
I have Basic and I am not over my limit as I am only logged into one app.
It is working again now. After a few more login attempts and a few more reboots, it finally recognized my login.
Not sure what the problem was, but thanx for your ideas….jeff

Let’s see what we can find together, jeffgrahamnow!
First off, can you clarify your current plan (as shown here)? Is it possible you’re on a free Basic account and you’re trying to log in to more than 3 devices simultaneously? You can check the number of your devices from this page.
As for the Dropbox website, I'd like a screenshot of the error you’re receiving there.
Can you reset your Dropbox password, as a test, and let me know if it helps?
Keep me in the loop.
