I can't locate the Dropbox folder on my Linux device.
About two hours ago i posted a question to the forum. I got several replies and while responding managed to sign out. Now I cannot find my post. Is there some way that I can search for my posts? ...

Aha, I still have no where my first post went but I solved the "dropbox folder" problem. I was misreading a Dropbox warning message about the number of devices I had connected. Apparently I had too many devices connected—old computers—and once I dropped a couple my desktop folder appeared.

You said it appeared in your email. Did you click the link to take you to the post? Like Walter mentioned, the only posts I see for you are the ones in this topic.

Yes. It, also, appears in my profile.
As you and Walter say, I only see the one post. Is there any way I could have deleted that post without leaving any trace.

Hey jrkrideau, let me also jump in here!
That could be possible. As for your Dropbox folder: what happens if you click the Dropbox icon on your desktop?
Does it re-direct you to your Dropbox folder by any chance? Have you tried uninstalling and then re-installing the app?
