Fix actions overlay covering up comments in RTL languages

When commenting on a shared file, the comments are being overlayed by the action buttons on hover,

so when hovering to resolve a comment you cant see if its the right comment.

this is only an issue on RTL languages where the text start from the right and the overlay is on the right too.

The Comment:

Covered by the action buttons:

When clicking on a comment, I need to copy/paste certain words from the comment. However, when hovering over the comment to copy words on the right side, the row of 3 icons pops up and covers up the text I need to click on. Clicking in the area results in one of the icons being clicked instead. There is a very thin window of maybe 2 pixels underneath the row of icons where I could click on the text area instead, but that was not ideal. Recommend rearranging icons to not block the comment text.

Agreed! The icons are blocking comments on hover, which is frustrating when you need to copy the text behind the icons.

I cleared the cookies and site data for Dropbox.com before testing this and signed in again. The buttons still show up on hover for me and cover part of the comments:

Hi epicart, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

In order to understand what you're seeing, could you attach a screenshot showing this behavior, while hiding any personal info?

This will help me to assist further!

Thanks, I can see that you edited your original response to add the images there.

Could you confirm that you're seeing the comment box turn a darker shade when hovering over it with the cursor, as that will indicate what comment you're on?

I'm experiencing this issue as well. This is not just an issue with RTL languages, nor is it a hover issue for me; these actions remain constantly visible.

    See screenshot below:

Thanks for replying, Hanna. I did check that yesterday, as well as updated my browser.

        Appreciate your help!
