Dropbox service experiencing issues since Sunday
The Dropbox service has been experiencing issues since Sunday. Has anyone else experienced this issue? The support team seems to be unresponsive.

I have reached out to the support team twice. My initial ticket number, which we opened when we first discovered this issue, is 23730563. I followed up with a chat with one of the support representatives, and the ticket number for that is 23733952. Any help with this issue is much appreciated.
