Can't access my files on my mid 2011 iMac. I'm getting an error message

Hi, I cannot access my files on my iMac only. every time I try to I get an error message.   Can someone help me resolve this issue.

Have you tried clearing the cache? Cookies? Temp internet files? Different browser?
