Canot open the desktop app on Mac, it's unresponsive.
Hello,
The Mac desktop application, both offline and online (the last three builds and some more) does not start.
It allows me to install (donwloading, installing) but when I finish the progresso bar, it does not open, it does not appear in the menu bar, I do not even get to the modal where I can choose the folders to synchronize, it does not even open the browser to login.
MacBook Pro M1 - Sonoma
Thanks

Hi Lacondra, let's jump right into this!
That's indeed odd.
Have you tried using another way, like your mobile data, to connect and access our website through your mobile, to see if that works?
I'd also suggest whitelisting the Dropbox website on any VPN or proxy you may have, or if you have some kind of antivirus or firewall, I'd check there as well.
Also for the web, make sure that you don't have any third party browser extensions or plugins that could be affecting this.
Keep me posted!

Thanks for the reply.
I did everything you've listed and didn't workI've even created a secondary user account in the OS. It works there, but I cannot use it (AFAIK) as the Cloudstorage folder is inside another user folder.
Any ideas?
I'm seeing that other users are having the same issues with no luck at allThanks
