Adding option to contact support on the Dropbox homepage
(1) I suggest you add a link to support, for example, chat on the homepage. Finding support is very difficult.
(2) Hire more people like Alexis (on Chat). She was terrific--responsive and resolved my issues.
You implement those suggestions and you can turn the corner on many of the negative reviews of your product.
