Promotional space removed without notification
My promotional storage space offer apparently ended today. While I clearly wasn't tracking the remaining time left on it, which is on me, I felt this was an abrupt and unceremonious ending. What made it worse is that I was just in the process of syncing files for a class I was teaching later in the morning. I was very disappointed because I had no time to free up space and failed to get several of my files transferred. Shouldn't Dropbox provide some sort of grace period or at least extend one extra day upon request if one is taken by surprise?
