Do you perhaps have any computers backed up to Dropbox? You can check your backups tab to find out.
Can you please send us a screenshot of what you see on this page?

Same here. Very disappointed as DB offered me a sizable increase a few years back for bringing in new customers.
Now, having reduced the data on my box I'm still stuck with almost closed account and they're simply forcing me to buy increased space. My only option seems to be reverting to basic space of 2 GB. Who offers 2 GBs today? Hillareous.
