Dropbox says I am running out of space, however I deleted everything and the issue remains

Do you perhaps have any computers backed up to Dropbox? You can check your backups tab to find out.
Can you please send us a screenshot of what you see on this page?

I am having the same problem. I've almost never used drop box. I can't even see how big the file is that someone shared with me, but it says I have .5 gb used up of 2gb and that's 10 pictures.
