Hi Hannah! Thank you for your help! It has been solved by the dropbox chat. 'The team space usage associated with a team member's account, is automatically updated from the system every 6-8 hours. You will also be able to notice these updates taking place next to each member's name every 6-8 hours, in the Members tab of the Admin Console, where the storage space for each member account is calculated individually to see this information from your end as the Admin.'

Hi Megan!
Thanks for helping me!
In the following 2 screenshots you can see the difference between the webapp and mac app.
I am on dropbox v173.4.6706
Files are waiting to sync
But I can make files available offline
It isn't just a local issue for me, because the whole team has the same issue.

Hi domienvandamme1, thank you for the info, Domien!
Can you try quitting the app, and then re-launching it again? After you do that, can you hover over your little Dropbox icon on the menu bar, and let me know what it reports?

Hi Megan,
When I quit the app it keeps trying to sync the same files. When I remove the app and I reinstall it, this is gone. But when I want to upload a new file it is not possible and I get syncing issues again

Hey domienvandamme1, sorry to jump in here.
Is the application stuck on trying to sync these 3 files?
If so, are you able to locate them in your Dropbox folder, move them out of the folder, to see if that allows syncing to get "up to date"?
Then try to restart the computer and check the usage on the application again and let us know if there's any change.
