Hi Regc, happy Monday!
Based on the info you've provided, it sounds like you're talking about a Dropbox File Transfer. You can see more about them, and their expiration dates here.
As for your account, and the files in it, we wouldn't delete your content, without your consent. Even if you used content above your allocated quota.

I'm still confused. I uploaded a pdf to my Dropbox account in order to be able to view it away from my home. Your email makes it sound like I used your transfer function, which I've never noticed before. If you're not going to delete Megan's file(s) what is the purpose of this email. Sorry, I'm confused.
