Sync doesn't work

Can someone please help me.... The files I save on dropbox on my computer isn't sync with the dropbox that I share with my colleges. What should I do and look for? Is there a system setting?

    Do you mean that your files don’t show up online on www.dropbox.com

     

    Can you clarify the OS version of your computer, as well as the app version and syncing status of your Dropbox app?
