Screenshots that are .png on my phone are not in camera uploads?
Hello, I saved a screenshot that is a png but it isn't showing up in my Dropbox? It's a document that needs to be saved on that date, but it isn't there on Dropbox, even though it is in my phone Gall...

Hi DBuser555, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Do you have the camera upload feature enabled on your Dropbox mobile app?
Did you add the screenshots album to the list of folders to be uploaded to Dropbox?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi, yes, camera upload is enabled, and all of the photos and screenshots on the date in question all uploaded fine - those were all jpeg files - the one that isn't there is a png. Screenshots are uploaded to dropbox

Are you able to upload the file manually through the Dropbox mobile app to your account?

Yes, but a couple of points - I need to document the date of the screenshot originally, not the upload date. Is there some hidden data attached to screenshots that retains the original creation date?
And Secondly, I do want Dropbox to automatically upload these files, just like all the others are in the selected folders. How can this be fixed for the future?

There may be some metadata on the file itself indicating when it was created, but that would depend on your device.
If the PNG files aren't being uploaded, have you tried disabling the camera upload feature, rebooting the device, and then re-enabling it and selecting the appropriate folders?
