Thanks for the info. The agents on Twitter aren't bots, but real humans, like us.
Currently, it isn't possible to switch to a different support agent. You could try contacting the chat when logged into your account, if you're on a paid plan.
However, bear in mind that having multiple support tickets could end up taking longer to reach a resolution since you'll need to follow the same troubleshooting steps again.

I did contact chat and they are escalating it. It really wasn't working with Maeve, not when one of us gets to ask one question a day and can't have a back and forth. I continue to have multiple sync issues.
