I have an issue syncing files, and my support agent in another time zone

I have a complicated issue with syncing.  It's been going on since September.  My current support person is named "Maeve" and only answers me after I have already gone to bed.  I answer her in the mo...

    Thanks for the info. The agents on Twitter aren't bots, but real humans, like us. 

     

    Currently, it isn't possible to switch to a different support agent. You could try contacting the chat when logged into your account, if you're on a paid plan. 

     

    However, bear in mind that having multiple support tickets could end up taking longer to reach a resolution since you'll need to follow the same troubleshooting steps again.
