In that case, could you check with your Team Admin, if he has top level editing restricted?
Your Team Admin can check the settings from his Admin Console > Settings.

Check with Admin on what - what plan theirs says or whether they can follow the folder? Or something else?

Could you check with your team's admin if they see this option and if they do, ask whether it's on for everyone in the team or only the team admins?- Kris N.34 years agoHelpful | Level 5
Thanks for the clarification! My admin changed my permissions to be admin level the same as his, and the folder is still grayed out for "Follow".
