Hey pixiupl - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
May I ask how large is the folder you're trying to upload? I'm only asking as there's a size limit for uploads on the website.
If you ensured that the folder is within the limit, you could try clearing your browser's cache or using another browser to perform the folder upload.
Let us know how it goes!

Walteryes, Ive done what you asked for.
Firefox: logged to dropbox and am presented with directory listing. Am able to browse my (online) files, up(down)load, regroup, create folders etc. But NOT upload folders
Brave/Chrome/Safari: absolutely same odd behaviour.
Listen Walter, I truly understand your willingness to help and appreciate it, but this issue is REALLY showstopper to me. As such Im are looking for new cloud storage. Kindly ask for full refund. This is the end of it. Refund, let us export our data, and then I will be gone.
This has been awesome 15 years of me using DropBox. Ive been with you from your beginings. Its time to move on.
EDIT: I just cancelled my subscription through Google Play Store

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, pixiupl.
If you'd like to pursue a refund, you can contact our support team directly through this page, as we do not handle such sensitive, account specific issues on the Community.
Otherwise, we'd be happy to assist you in resolving the issue you're having, if you'd like.
Thanks.
