Pictures Backup feature broken in latest macOS beta
Updated to the latest macOS 15 beta and the Backup configuration I had for Dropbox (to only backup ~/Pictures) seems to have been disabled. I don't see that folder in Dropbox.com anymore either - appears that the files all got wiped from the cloud storage as part of disabling the backup. It is just a backup so not horrible (photos are still in iCloud), but obviously can't depend on the backups if the cloud also gets deleted. But maybe I'm missing something.
I tried to re-enable Backup for the ~/Pictures folder, but I get an error message that it couldn't be setup. So not sure how to proceed.
Understood that betas will have bugs, so this post is more of a heads-up, or check if anyone knows a workaround. My biggest worry is that disabling the setting on a Mac seems weird to just wipe the data from the cloud, unless the user is asked (hopefully more than once.)

Hi there Tim T.13 - thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Since the operating system you are running is not currently a fully tested or supported environment for the Dropbox desktop application, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team directly as they'd be better equipped to help you with account and device specific information.
I'll also leave this thread open for any user that might have something additional to offer.
I wish I could help more than this, Tim.
