Nothing happens when team member tries to add file via email

I have been trying to share a file with one of my team members, but even though he receives the email, when he clicks on the link nothing happens. I tried sharing other files with him and it worked, but it just won't work with this specific one. Please help!

Thank you.

We ended up recreating the folder, deleting the old one, and and sending the invite for the new folder; and it worked!

Hi MJRogers, and thanks for posting this on our Community.

Can he add the file perhaps via the Shared page here

What if he tries to access his email via a different browser on his computer? Does that seem to work better?

What type of file is it that he’s having trouble with?

Let me know what you find.
