Nagging Icon about files that have issues syncing.

Hey there webspin, thanks for posting here today!
As a first step, can you clarify your OS, please?
If you open your Dropbox folder locally, do you see any files/folder with the blue syncing icons maybe? That should give you an indication as to which files are in the process of syncing.
As for your question: if you have some invalid characters that prevent your content from syncing locally, the best idea is to locate them online, and rename them.
If you could also send me a screenshot of the red alert icon, I'd more than appreciate that.
