My people from other side can’t go through to my link and access the file.
It’s a shame that I have been a customer of DroopBox since 14.08.2023. I have paid them as well but my people from other side can’t go through to my link and access the file. Droopbox doesn’t help me at all. I have mailed them explaining the problem I am facing but honestly speaking they do not really help me.
There phone number [Removed as per Community Guidelines] is not working for UK but they have put it there as their customer service help. Why are they not helping the customer when they are in need? What’s their problem? Frustrating, isn’t it? I have very important file to share with my people in an emergencey basis. What should I do? Can anybody help?

Are you saying that users can't access a shared link or a shared folder? What error are they getting?
Currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions. That number doesn't appear to be an official Dropbox support number.
