Link temporarily disabled

We have big problems, we can't share any folders at all. "Link temporarily disabled. This can happen when the link has been shared or downloaded too many times in a day". We have not shared very many folders, no particularly large files... Help

    Hey TJBD - sorry to hear about this.

     

    It sounds like your shared links may have been banned. How long have you been getting this error?

     

    Did you receive an email from Dropbox informing you about this?

     

    Let me know and we'll take it from there.

      Hello! This applies to all our sharing links, none are currently working. Haven't received an email from Dropbox 😞

        How long has it been like that TJBD? If it's been a while, would it be OK if we reached out via email to have a  further look internally?
