I shared a link with client, but I cannot view their shared documents

Hello!  I created a folder and shared the link with our client. They uploaded their documents, however the folder still shows empty on my end. SOS

Are you referring to a file request link, or a shared folder?

 

Are you certain that they've uploaded the files to your account? Do you see any events on your account?
