I have an issue syncing files, and my support agent in another time zone
I have a complicated issue with syncing. It's been going on since September. My current support person is named "Maeve" and only answers me after I have already gone to bed. I answer her in the morning but then but wait until the next day for her to respond. Is there any way I can get Dropbox to assign me to a support person who works the same hours I do? With the name Maeve, perhaps she is in Ireland. I am on Pacific Time.

Currently, it isn't possible to switch to a different support agent. You could try contacting the chat when logged into your account, if you're on a paid plan.
However, bear in mind that having multiple support tickets could end up taking longer to reach a resolution since you'll need to follow the same troubleshooting steps again.

Dropbox on Twitter said I couldn't switch people and suggested I try the online support, but isn't that just a bot?
