I added a folder to Dropbox from the website, but only 200 files got uploaded.
I added one folder from my D drive to my Dropbox backup and it quickly backed up about 200 files and then stopped. Nothing else got backed up. So, I deleted that folder from Dropbox and added it agai...

I made a slight mistake in my original post. The folder in question is on my D Drive, but the first time I tried to add these files to Dropbox they were on an external drive. In both cases, it backed up a few files and then stopped uploading, telling me that Dropbox was up to date.
The size of the folder is presently 137GB.

If you clicked on the globe icon of your desktop app, it means that you tried to upload these files via www.dropbox.com. Correct?
If yes, I can suggest trying a different browser as a test (or an incognito window) to see if it’ll make any difference.
If it doesn’t, you can try dropping that folder in the local Dropbox folder you have on your computer and the files should sync online and to the rest of your devices.
Let me know if any of that helps.

I just tried it with Edge (previous attempts were with Chrome) and had the same issue. Uploading started seemingly normal, then after about 10 minutes and 185 files, it just stopped. And I can neither copy nor move the folder to the Dropbox folder because "There is not enough space on OS."

Hey TimB2, have you tried doing this in smaller batches of files perhaps?
Do you get the same results?
If you notice the same behavior after clearing your browser's cache, could you send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too?

I cleared the cache and still can't back up. Asking me to do it in small batches is telling me indirectly that Dropbox just isn't very good and this behavior is not unexpected. I think I would rather pay for a good program where I can set it and forget it than deal with poor quality. And I really don't know what I would take a screen shot of that would help you. So, unless you have some more helpful advice, I will be cancelling.
