How can we share files among 4 users?
We have 4 officers in a small LIONS CLUB. Can we all have access to the stored files? If so, how, with our sharing a login/password? TX..GAR2

Sharing a login/password is a violation of the terms and could result in the account being deleted without notice. Don't share credentials. Use separate accounts.
If you need to share files, each person should have their own individual account. One person can then create a shared folder and invite the other users to it. You can all have access to the files placed in that shared folder, up to the space limit of each person's account.
