Hey JanFrederik & Rich, I checked with our Team and it seems that this feature isn't available to all of our users at the moment.
This feature is for teams only. We will shortly update the information at the relevant Help Center article to reflect that.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

Hey JanFrederik, thanks for posting to the Dropbox Community!
The option you're seeing in this article, is not for the people who will upload files to the file request, but for the creator of the request.
The person who sent you the file request needs to give you the email, basically, you can't generate it yourself.
I hope this clarifies things, but let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the fast reply.
However, I am the creator and I don't see the "Copy email (paper sheets)" icon.
I want to use this functionality to forward email attachments to certain folders in my Dropbox. I want to configure this for multiple folders, so I can't use the general email to Dropbox feature. I followed the guidance from https://help.dropbox.com/create-upload/email-files-to-dropbox. This page refers to "file requests" as the solution for my question.- Hannah2 years agoDropbox Staff
Thanks for the update, JanFrederik.
Have you tried this from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if you get the same options?
If you do, please send us a screenshot of the options.

I see the same in other desktop browsers and mobile browsers.
