HI kleep, what kind of notification are they receiving, is it on the site, via the desktop app, or in an email?

Hey kleep, if they're receiving desktop notifications every time changes are made to the folder, it means they have access to it and it's synced to their computer.
Can you double-check the permissions on the folder?

Hi Hannah
I checked the permissions. It says "only you have access".
Maybe they receive notifications because it's a team folder, and not a private folder?
Is it possible for the admin to create a private folder in a business account?
Otherwise, they might be connected with my ID and password, which is unlikely but I can still check.
Thanks for your help, have a good day
