file request email not being sent
I create a file request and supply a valid email address. I get the message that I've created a new file request but the
email requesting the file is not sent (or at least it is not received). I'...

Thank you Walter for your assistance. It turns out it was "user error". I wanted to SEND a request for a file and assumed when I
put the email address in and hit DONE it would do that. I didn't really understand what it is to SHARE a request so for a while I didn't hit that button. When I finally did, voilla! it got SENT. I humbly suggest that the button be relabled SEND .

Can you please let me know if you get any different results on another browser?
